- Right click your FiveM icon and press “Open File Location”
- Double click on “FiveM Application Data” and open the “Data” folder
- Delete the “cache”, “server-cache” and “server-cache-priv” folders

I want to suggest a new feature to add to the server. Is there a place I can submit feedback?

Certain sounds in my game are really loud, even after I adjust the GTA sound settings. What’s up with that?
You can adjust the sound of certain effects like the boombox music, sound effects, loading screen music, and other misc. sounds not associated with the base GTA gmae by going into your PC’s system sound settings and adjusting the FiveM Chromium subprocess. (System -> Settings -> Sound -> Advanced)
Can I request a specific car be put into the server?
You sure can! Simply open a ticket and let us know which vehicle you want to see added. Once your request is received, it will be reviewed and either approved or denied based on the quality and optimization of car model.
Vehicle requests go through a pretty heavy testing process before they are implemented into the server and will be added in the order they’re submitted.

Help, I’m stuck! What do I do?
If you’re in the city and experiencing a game-breaking issue that cannot be resolved on your own, you can use our /report feature to immediately report it to the staff team. A member of the staff will reach out to you as soon as possible in a ticket to remedy the issue.

Please open a ticket with the staff team to report any issues you’re having with another player. Provide as many details about the situation as possible including screenshots, screen recordings, etc. to help the staff with their investigation.
